Multiplex Aakarshan Pheromone Lure is a scientifically developed fruit fly attractant containing methyl eugenol, which specifically attracts male fruit flies of the Bactrocera species. It is used along with traps for effective monitoring and control of fruit fly infestation in crops like mango, guava, citrus, and vegetables. The lure works by attracting flies from long distances, trapping them, and thereby breaking their breeding cycle, which helps reduce fruit damage and yield loss. It comes with slow-release and rainfast technology, providing field effectiveness for up to 60–90 days. This eco-friendly solution is widely used in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) as it reduces the need for chemical sprays and helps detect pest attack at an early stage.

Target Pest:
Fruit flies – Bactrocera dorsalis,

                   Bactrocera zonata,

Bactrocera correcta (major fruit crop pests causing heavy yield loss).
