Profanity Policy
Agriplex strictly prohibits the use of language that is abusive, racist, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive in any public area of the platform. This includes:
- Product listings
- Seller pages
- Reviews and feedback
- Usernames/display names
- Messages or communications visible to other users
If offensive words form part of a legitimate product title, sellers may partially censor the word using asterisks (example: s*** or f***).
Users may report violations related to:
- Offensive display names
- Abusive listing content
- Inappropriate messages or feedback
Agriplex reserves the right to review and take action against accounts violating this policy. Actions may include:
- Warning notices
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent suspension
- Restriction of account privileges
- Removal of special seller status
Agriplex shall evaluate the severity of the violation and user history before taking disciplinary action.
Replacement Guarantee
The Replacement Guarantee is intended to protect buyers against defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products received through Agriplex.
If, at the time of delivery or within the specified replacement period, a product is found to be:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing accessories or parts
- Different from the product description
the buyer may request a replacement from the seller.
Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Agriplex and/or the respective seller.
Agriplex reserves the right to reject replacement requests in cases involving:
- Misuse of products
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Fraudulent claims
- False or misleading information
If Agriplex suspects any fraudulent activity, false claims, or misuse of the Replacement Guarantee program, Agriplex reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate user accounts
- Restrict access to services
- Block related accounts
- Initiate legal proceedings where necessary
Users submitting false or misleading claims may be held liable under applicable laws.
Refund Policy
At Agriplex, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are processed in accordance with standard ecommerce practices and subject to the terms mentioned below.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly differs from description
- Missing parts or accessories
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Replacement unavailable
Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds shall not be applicable for:
- Buyer remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the buyer
- Damage caused after delivery
- Products used, altered, or tampered with
- Claims raised beyond the eligible period
- Products marked as non-returnable
Refund Request Timeline
Buyers must raise refund or return requests within:
- 7 days of delivery for standard products
- As specified on individual product pages for special categories
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banks/payment gateways
- In some cases, wallet credits or replacement options may be offered
Estimated refund timelines:
- UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 3–7 business days
Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
- In original packaging
- With invoice and tags intact
- Along with all accessories and free items
Agriplex reserves the right to reject returns failing quality checks.
DISPUTES (RESOLUTIONS) POLICY
Overview
Transactions on Agriplex are generally completed smoothly. However, in certain cases, disagreements may arise between Buyers and Sellers. Agriplex provides a dispute resolution mechanism to help resolve such issues fairly.
What is a Dispute?
A dispute refers to any disagreement between a Buyer and Seller relating to a transaction conducted on Agriplex.
Common Types of Disputes
Disputes may arise due to:
- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
- Damaged product received
- Missing parts/accessories
- Compatibility issues
- Incorrect specifications or descriptions
Before raising a dispute, both parties are encouraged to attempt resolution directly.
Raising a Dispute
Buyers may raise disputes by contacting:
Sellers may contact:
Disputes must be raised at the transaction level with supporting details and evidence.
Once a dispute is raised, seller payments related to the order may be temporarily placed on hold until resolution.
Resolution Process
Agriplex may:
- Review transaction details
- Request additional evidence
- Facilitate communication between buyer and seller
- Conduct conference calls if required
If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer:
- Refund or replacement may be provided after successful return verification.
If resolved in favor of the Seller:
- Refund requests may be declined.
Agriplex’s decision regarding disputes shall be final and binding.
Buyer Protection Program
The Buyer Protection Program is intended to assist buyers who are unable to resolve issues directly with sellers.
Buyer Eligibility
To qualify:
- The purchase must be made on Agriplex
- Disputes must be raised within 45 days of delivery
- Buyers must first attempt resolution with the seller
Buyer Protection Limitations
The program does not cover:
- Buyer remorse/change of mind
- Delayed deliveries
- External physical damage after delivery
- Technical/manufacturing warranties unless specified
- Fraudulent chargebacks initiated independently
Agriplex reserves the right to deny claims where:
- False information is submitted
- Abuse of the program is detected
- Buyers are blacklisted or restricted
Maximum limit:
- Buyers may raise up to 2 eligible claims per year.
Failure to provide requested clarification within 10 days may result in automatic closure of the dispute in favor of the seller.
Copyright Policy for Agriplex Images & Content
Ownership
All images, graphics, logos, banners, product photos, website content, videos, marketing creatives, and digital assets published by Agriplex are the intellectual property of Agriplex unless otherwise stated.
Usage Restrictions
Without prior written permission, users may not:
- Copy
- Download
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Distribute
- Commercially exploit
- Scrape website content or images
for commercial or unauthorized purposes.
Permitted Usage
Limited usage may be granted for:
- Media/editorial coverage
- Authorized partnerships
- Approved promotional collaborations
Proper attribution to Agriplex is mandatory wherever permission is granted.
Enforcement
Agriplex reserves the right to:
- Issue copyright infringement notices
- Request immediate content removal
- Initiate legal proceedings against violators
Unauthorized usage may result in legal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Agriplex acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. Agriplex shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Seller product claims
- Delayed deliveries
- Loss of profits or business
- Misuse of products
- Third-party service interruptions
Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion and responsibility.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These policies shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with the use of Agriplex shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
