Koppert Leucinodes Pherodis is a species-specific pheromone lure designed for monitoring and control of Brinjal Shoot and Fruit Borer (Leucinodes orbonalis). The lure releases a synthetic sex pheromone that attracts male moths into traps, helping reduce mating and pest population in brinjal crops. It is widely used in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs for early pest detection and reducing crop damage.
The lure is packed in a trilaminate pouch for better stability and sustained release under field conditions. It provides effective field performance for up to 4–6 weeks when used with suitable traps like delta traps or water traps
