Dosage:
• Seed Treatment: 20–25 g per kg of seeds
• Soil Application: 1–2 kg per acre mixed with 50–100 kg FYM or compost
• Drip Application: 1–2 kg per acre

Application Method:

• For seed treatment, coat the seeds uniformly with the recommended quantity before sowing and dry them in shade.
• For soil application, mix with well-decomposed FYM/compost and broadcast uniformly before sowing or at planting.
• Can also be applied through the drip irrigation system.

Target Crops:
• Soybean → Improves root nodulation and nitrogen fixation.
• Groundnut → Promotes healthy growth and increases pod yield.
• Chickpea, Pea, Green Gram, Black Gram & Lentil → Enhances plant vigor and reduces the need for nitrogen fertilizers.

Application Timing:
• Apply at the time of sowing or planting for best root colonization.
• Prefer application in moist soil conditions.

Frequency:

• One application at sowing is generally sufficient for the crop season.

💡 Best Results Tip:

Use Rhizogen only for legume crops. Avoid mixing treated seeds with chemical fungicides or bactericides immediately before application. Apply in moist soil and protect treated seeds from direct sunlight

FAQs
1. What is Katyayani Rhizogen used for?
Katyayani Rhizogen is a biofertilizer containing Rhizobium bacteria that naturally fix atmospheric nitrogen in legume crops. It improves soil fertility, promotes healthy root nodulation, and supports better crop growth and yield.
2. How does Katyayani Rhizogen work?
The Rhizobium bacteria form nodules on the roots of legume plants, where they convert atmospheric nitrogen into a form that plants can easily absorb. This reduces the need for chemical nitrogen fertilizers.
3. When and how should Katyayani Rhizogen be applied?
Apply it as a seed treatment before sowing, as a soil application mixed with FYM or compost at planting, or through drip irrigation during the early vegetative stage. Applying at sowing gives the best results.
4. Is Katyayani Rhizogen safe for beneficial microbes and the environment?
Yes. Katyayani Rhizogen is an eco-friendly biofertilizer that is safe for beneficial soil microorganisms, earthworms, and the environment when used as recommended. It supports sustainable farming and improves long-term soil health.
