Poor service; the front page mentioned that the shipping charges depend on the parcel size; and it mentioned “shipping- Free” when we made the payment for chose one number of 25Kg kg; however, a day later they ask us to Pay 350 rupees and mentioned that “free shipping” is only for small parcel size of 10-15 Kg

There is no 10-15 Kg parcel size for this product; the total payable cost was calculated with Free shipping based on the parcel size that we chose 25 Kg

It’s a dishonest and untrustworthy
