Product Description  Amistar fungicide is a systemic fungicide, which means that it is absorbed by the plant and moves throughout the tissue, providing long-lasting protection. It is also a translaminar fungicide, which means that it can move through the leaves, providing protection on both the upper and lower surfaces.  It is applied as a foliar spray. The recommended application rate varies depending on the crop and the severity of the disease.  Active Ingredients  Azoxystrobin: This is a member of the strobilurin class of fungicides. It works by inhibiting mitochondrial respiration in fungi, which prevents them from producing energy. Azoxystrobin is a broad-spectrum fungicide, meaning that it is effective against a variety of different fungal diseases.  Difenoconazole: This is a triazole fungicide.
